This has to be one of the best motorcycle videos I have seen in a long time. Amazing!  As summer turns to autumn motorcycle riders need to be extra cautious on the road because of the increased movement of whitetail deer and other wildlife. Wildlife, especially deer, are entering the breeding season and this results in a huge increase in activity, such as crossing highways, and motorcycle riders need to be aware of this. I ride in the Blueridge Mountains during the fall to enjoy the absolutely stunning beauty of the trees as summer green gives way to autumn's majesty of color and I have had several close calls with deer. Thankfully I have never had an accident but I am very aware deer can pop out when you least expect it. Also remember when you see one deer run across in front of you stay on alert because almost without exception more deer are following the first one. If you find yourself in a situation where a collision is inevitable lean down and brake aggressively but smoothly to retain control and release your front brake before impact. This will allow you to regain control of the motorcycle after the impact. Wearing a quality set of motorcycle leathers, boots, gloves and DOT approved full face motorcycle helmet is essential. I know this can be hot but if you have to lay it down leather against pavement is much better than skin! Ride safe and always wear your motorcycle helmet
